We took it home to decorate and listen to Christmas music and then watched it fade away about three weeks later. It's already out by the dumpster (we're leaving in a few days for CT anyway) but it was pretty while it lasted.

Oh Christmas Tree!
Even though we won't be here for Christmas this year, we got a tree anyway. It just didn't feel like Christmas around our house without one. The kids had fun running around the tree lot looking for the perfect tree (some day we will go to one of those fancy tree places where you can cut your own, because, yes, I'm totally fine with cutting down a tree to celebrate).
