For last two (yes, two) years Lia has been begging to do dance class. Poor Lia is always getting the short end of the stick when it comes to extra activities! We're trying to make it up to her (or at least make it fair between the two kids) and we finally signed her up for a ballet and tap class at the YMCA! She's SO excited!
She was a little disappointed on her first day that they didn't learn to do any twirls. Then she immediately remarked that it didn't really matter because she already knew how to do them anyway.
After her first class we went out to lunch at Panera. The girl is obsessed with salad!

I've been meaning to sign Ada up for a class, but I'm a little afraid our know-it-all girl who's gotten books from the library about ballet will try to correct the teacher on the proper execution of an arabesque. Very cute photos Nina.
