Cousins at the lake house. I love all of their feet in this photo.
Lia built a giraffe.
This photo needs no explanation.
Precious time with daddy.
Photos of our bedroom. It took me a crazy long time to pick out curtains. Decorating is hard! I made our headboard and I LOVE it. Also, I'm obsessed with those butterflies.
Drama with our elderly neighbor. The kids were fascinated by the giant fire truck.
View of downtown San Diego from a very high floor!
Birthday fun!
High-speed chase down our cul-de-sac at 2 in the morning. Still not sure what happened. Also still not sure why one teenager driving an old Buick needed to be pulled over by no less than 6 Encinitas cops.
My favorite little boy baby. I babysat him one day at my house and he was a little confused as to where his mom had gone. He pretty much just walked around the house in circles until he got he walked over, laid down on top of his clean diapers and fell asleep. Another time I was holding him at church and he dozed off. Sweet boy!
If you are making french toast with anything other than a stale baguette, you are doing it wrong.
Soft boiled egg -- my new obsession.
Homemade donuts from canned biscuits -- AMAZING.
We have rats. We do not have a cat. This is a neighborhood cat. I wish this cat would sneak into our garage and eat the rats.
Naughty behavior.
We have a new family tradition and it's pretty delicious. Saturday mornings we go for donuts at VGs. It's pretty much our best tradition to date.
Tyler's been gone a lot so I've been less inclined to make a dinner that pretty much only I would eat. So we hit up the take out places that have great deals for kids. And we indulge in happy meals.
Been struggling with migraines lately. This little pill usually helps. But they still knock me out.
I mean really??
Poor Captain America Baby Daddy -- trying to save the world one political poster rant at a time while simultaneously keeping baby dry and full of snacks.
Ignore messy bed. I came around the corner and saw these three saying their prayers.
He bakes.
It's all fun and games until the little sister takes down the big brother and points and laughs (not pictured).
Doing work. Car work. Trust me, this needed to be documented.

I love this little peek into your life. Lia taking down Max totally reminds me of Benjamin and James. Or Benjamin and Jonathan for that matter. Benjamin can take down BOTH of his older brothers! We never had wrestling in our house until Benjamin was about 9 months old and got to be a good crawler. At which point he crawled right over Jonathan and knocked him to the floor! It's been nonstop ever since! LOL! Thanks for showing us all these sweet pictures!
