Enjoying a New House

Right before school ended (and by right before, I mean like 3 days before) we moved into a very large, very nice house! No, Tyler hasn't graduated yet. My parents own the house and decided they would rather use it for vacations and fun instead of having a total stranger live in it -- so for the next year or so we get nice and spoiled! And luckily my mom sent lots of furniture to fill the rooms because honestly we have enough furniture to fill maybe two whole rooms (ah the joys of apartment living for the last 9 years).

Honestly, living in a house is AMAZING. Space. Non yellow walls. Privacy! A garage!! We moved in and the kids insisted we had moved into a hotel. They couldn't believe all the space. And that we had stairs INSIDE the house! Their little minds were blown.

Also, I don't have to tell them to stop running. I mean, I still do, because the running gets out of hand, but still, I don't have to worry about anyone living below us!

We are definitely loving living here. We even have our own backyard! And a walk-in closet for goodness sakes! It truly feels like living large.

That's awesome! We have enough furniture to fill that house... but the rental we live in isn't that big.... I don't know how we squeeze it all in. Maybe we should get rid of some stuff.... LOL!! That's awesome that your parents are letting you live there. SO much better than a rental! Enjoy it!!
