Cute little shopper helping me with the groceries. Her favorite thing has always been grocery shopping with me. She's especially fond of Trader Joes because of their samples.
We decided one Saturday to build this game together. We thought it would be cheap and easy. It was pretty easy but took a bit longer than I thought (we had to drill holes in the tennis balls and string them, etc). The PVC pipe was super cheap. You know what's not cheap? New tennis balls. Oh well, they are all outside playing it right now so I guess it was worth it!
Tyler and Max went on the Fathers and Sons campout that our church has. Max pretty much thinks camping is the best thing ever. Probably because he gets to run around wild without a lot of rules. I think he had a giant smile on his face the whole time. He loved being outside and playing with his friends from church. They even set up a screen and played some devotionals... in the WOODS. Crazy! I think Max really loved having donuts for breakfast, too. And honestly, something about a bunch of crazy little boys having the time of their lives with their dads warms my heart.
While they were camping, Lia, Danielle and I had a girls night! We went to Panera for dinner, painted our nails, watched Brave and ate Doritos. It was awesome!
