Saturday Fun

When Tyler has an occasional Saturday off we try to cram in as much family fun time as possible. We decided to head down to Mission Bay and play at some of the parks there. The kids had a blast. The park was pretty huge and they had fun running around and climbing trees.

Lia of course could not be outdone by Max and climbed her little buns high into the tree, too. Seriously, it was a climb and she refused to back down. She wouldn't even let Tyler keep a hand on her.

Later that day I had a shoot up in Orange County and everyone tagged along. I'm glad they did because I got some super cute photos of Lia. Max wasn't into posing for me that night, but I got a cute one of them together anyway!

I love family days! I wish we got more of them. I wish we could be more spontaneous with them, too. And I'm grateful we live in a place that has lots of sunshine year round so we can go and do and play.
